Exchanges:
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for ax exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive your exchanged item we will send your new item with no shipping costs.

Very happy with these products! I purchased a collar, harness and a leash. Great quality! The leash is very strong to put up with Max, a 30lb puppy, pulling while he is still leash training. The harness also has the most versatility of any I've seen. My other furball, Theo, has a very large chest for his small stature. This is the first harness I've found that can be adjusted to fit him well. Usually a standard small harness at the store will fit him around the neck and not the torso and vise versa for mediums. Couldn't be happier with the Archie and Alfred harness!
